    Business Development Managers (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines & MENA) - Remote

    Vitae Recruitment, on behalf of our client - an established and fast-growing player in the forex industry, is on the hunt for exceptional and driven Business Development Managers across Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and MENA regions, to join their team in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. The role requires a keen understanding of the market to drive growth and support the company’s strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales instincts, a deep understanding of forex or financial services, and a passion for market expansion. You will play a vital role in enhancing the company's revenue and expanding its customer base.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, partners, and IBs (Introducing Brokers) in your region.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to optimize outreach and product positioning.
    • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
    • Represent the company at local industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

    Key Attributes: 

    • 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partner Management, preferably within the forex, trading, or financial services industry.
    • Strong network of local partners, clients, or IBs in the region.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
    • Fluency in English is required; additional local languages are a plus.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
    • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with market research and analysis.
