Seeking for a motivated, results driven Arabic-speaking professional with excellent communication skills, ready to engage with potential customers, provide tailored solutions, and guidance through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new trading clients from incoming leads.
- Maintain regular and high volume communication with clients, through phone, chat, and email.
- Effectively and efficiently promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Offer clients comprehensive guidance on the company's products and trading systems.
- Consistently meet the daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
- Proactively follow up on customer inquiries and provide feedback, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring that all compliance obligations are met and aligned with the requirements of relevant authorities.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic being essential.
- Prior experience is necessary.
- Understanding of financial markets.
- A strong competitive drive with a passion for rapid career growth.
- Highly enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-motivated, with excellent sales skills.
