This pivotal role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales and client relationship management to develop and maintain robust relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client engagement and retention, understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience while identifying opportunities to add value and drive client loyalty. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through the setup process and offering support in navigating the platform and tools.
- Proactively manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and behavior.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, compliance, support, trading desk) to ensure seamless client service.
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve products, services, and client engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on forex market trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and client relations, account management, or customer success, preferably in forex, CFD, brokerage, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of forex markets, trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5), and client onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
