The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, forging relationships with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to expand the company’s operations and sales in their respective regions. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions to achieve business objectives.
Key Attributes:
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of the respective market dynamics in Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, or MENA.
- Proven success in client acquisition and IB partnerships in the respective region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency relevant to the region is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of trading platforms and financial markets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role.
