The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support via chat, email, and phone. You will be responsible for resolving queries related to trading platforms, account management, and basic technical issues, while providing a high level of service and maintaining compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via live chat, phone, and email.
- Assist clients with account opening, verification processes, deposits/withdrawals, and trading platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot platform or account-related issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
- Provide accurate information on company products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Stay up-to-date with internal procedures, trading products, and forex industry developments.
- Collaborate with other departments (Compliance, Back Office, Sales, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience in a customer support role within the forex, financial, or online trading industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures is a plus.
