Vitae Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital PR Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Limassol, Cyprus, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in increasing our client's visibility, authority, and reputation across the financial industry. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with publishers, industry websites, content creators, communities, and media contacts to increase brand awareness, secure third-party coverage, generate backlinks, and strengthen the Company's presence across the web.
Main Responsibilities:
- Increase the Company's share of voice, brand visibility, and authority across industry publications, search engines, social media and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Develop and execute digital PR and outreach campaigns that increase brand visibility and authority.
- Identify and secure guest posting, partnerships, podcast, webinar, interview, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial publishers, trading websites, content creators, and industry partners.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives that generate high-quality backlinks, brand mentions, and referral traffic.
- Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities to position the Company within relevant discussions and publications.
- Engage professionally with trading and financial communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc...
- Collaborate with the SEO & Content Specialist to maximise the reach and impact of content campaigns.
- Support the promotion and distribution of content.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Track and report on outreach performance, backlink acquisition, media placements, brand mentions, referral traffic, and engagement metrics.
Key Attributes:
- 1–3 years experience in Digital PR, Outreach, Content Marketing, SEO, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience securing media placements, guest posts, backlinks, partnerships, or influencer collaborations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and outreach skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building professional relationships.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, link building, and digital PR best practices.
- Familiarity with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and social media platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and report on results.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience within the Forex, CFD, fintech, financial services, or online trading industry will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
