Vitae Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist with our client, a dynamic private company located in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing direct and automated email marketing campaigns that effectively drive engagement and conversions and effectively promote the brand, products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and design, analyze campaign performance data, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices/tactics, a blend of creativity, analytical and technical skills, audience segmentation and the ability to build automated workflows and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Develop personalization strategies for different client segments to increase engagement and drive results.
- Create event based automated workflows and email marketing funnels.
- Writing email copy that is clear, persuasive and on-brand.
- Proofread emails for clarity, correct grammar and spelling.
- Arranging for emails to be translated and localized for a global multilingual audience.
- Manage email lists, including cleaning and segmentation based on user attributes, behaviors and website interactions.
- Ensure email templates follow branding guidelines and are mobile-friendly.
- Ensure all emails are industry compliant and follow best practices.
- Create reports to track, monitor and analyze the email marketing performance and make suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
Key Attributes:
- Must posses a university diploma
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist (or similar role with a strong emphasis on email marketing).
- Deep understanding and proficiency of email marketing and automation software. (E.g, Hubspot).
- Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as sender score, deliverability and sender reputation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with great attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must.
- Ability to organize, multitask and work to deadlines.
- Able to work independently under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience with HTML will be considered advantageous.
- A highly motivated self-starter with a positive friendly attitude and flexible approach.
