This onsite role is integral to the company's growth strategy and involves spearheading initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in business development to identify new opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and create business strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for developing a robust partnership framework, leading negotiations, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful implementation of partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive partners relationships and drive new acquisitions.
- Develop and implement organizational goals, procedures, and policies.
- Consult and cooperate with other executives, board members, and employees to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage, monitor, and review business operations.
- Identify improvement gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Review and oversee all financial activities, performance, and documentation of the Partners department.
- Oversee hiring activities and approve contracts.
- Manage the Partners department in daily operations.
- Reporting to the Board of Directors
Key Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in senior business development or partnership management position within forex, fintech or financial industry
- Business fluency in English is required; additional language skills may be advantageous.
- Extensive managerial experience.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical mindset with exceptional business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
