Position Overview:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role involves identifying potential influencers, building strong relationships, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that influencer campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in marketing and be comfortable with the latest social media trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that support the company’s business goals and marketing objectives.
- Research and identify influencers and content creators across social media platforms who align with our brand’s vision and values.
- Engage with influencers and content creators to collaborate on compelling content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand messaging.
- Manage relationships with influencers and content creators, including negotiating and establishing agreements.
- Implement influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring content is delivered on time with high quality and consistency.
- Allocate and manage the influencer marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing.
- Ensure all influencer marketing campaigns comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Holds a university degree.
- Possesses strong knowledge of social media with prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with great attention to detail.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines and targets.
- Capable of working independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is considered an asset.
