Vitae Recruitment is seeking a skilled PPC / Paid Performance Marketing Manager for our esteemed client located in Limassol, Cyprus. This is an onsite role that requires a proactive professional with a solid background in marketing, specifically in managing pay-per-click campaigns and performance-driven advertising strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, monitoring and optimizing paid performance campaigns on various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads and conversions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise accordingly to meet company objectives. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates in paid advertising to ensure best practices are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel paid campaigns to drive website traffic, generate leads, and convert clients.
- Conduct keyword and market research to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Create compelling ad copy, test variations, and optimize messaging to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Set up campaigns with correct targeting, ad formats, and tracking configurations across platforms.
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize based on KPI’s such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Allocate budgets efficiently and ensure optimal distribution of resources across campaigns.
- Produce detailed performance reports and actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Research and recommend new platforms, formats, and growth opportunities.
- Manage translations and localization of campaigns for global audiences.
- Maintain strong partnerships with ad platforms and ensure campaigns comply with industry regulations.
- Ensure ads are industry compliant.
Key Attributes:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in PPC or digital performance marketing, ideally in the Forex/financial services industry.
- Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms. (Certification is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to write platform- and industry-compliant ad copy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
