    Senior Corporate Administrator - Limassol

    Vitae Recruitment is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Senior Corporate Administrator to join our client’s esteemed organization, based in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will manage the corporate administration of Cyprus, BVI, and other offshore companies. The role involves company formations, regulatory filings, maintaining corporate records, preparing corporate documents, and liaising with clients, authorities, and foreign agents. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of offshore regulations, excellent organizational skills, and proven experience in corporate governance and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle corporate administration of Cyprus, BVI, and other offshore companies.
    • Supervise and manage day-to-day tasks within the corporate department.
    • Manage company formations and incorporation processes.
    • Prepare and file applications with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.  
    • Maintain corporate records, registers, and assist with company restructuring and liquidations.
    • Collect, review, and manage clients' KYC documentation.
    • Communicate directly with clients, associates, and attend relevant meetings.
    • Draft and review corporate documents for client companies.
    • Maintain internal databases and filing systems.
    • Coordinate with foreign agents for the administration of offshore companies.

    Key Attributes:

    • Relevant Law degree and/or legal qualification preferred.
    • 7+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, corporate services, or fiduciary firm. 
    • Strong expertise in Cyprus, BVI, and other offshore company formations (e.g., Seychelles, Belize, Marshall Islands). 
    • In-depth knowledge of BVI and other offshore jurisdictions' regulations.
    • Hands-on experience with Registrar of Companies procedures and regulatory filings.
    • Business fluency in English and Greek. 
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written and multitasking abilities. 
    • High level of professional ethics, discipline, and integrity.
    • Ability to work proactively, independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Sound understanding of corporate governance procedures.
    • Familiarity with corporate administration software (e.g., EBOS, Quorum, NavOne, Viewpoint, or similar systems).
    • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work
