Vitae Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role requires an individual who is passionate about digital marketing and social media strategies, capable of managing and enhancing the company's online presence. Looking for a Content Writing Specialist to drive our client's organic acquisition efforts through content-driven strategies. You will create, optimize, and manage search-friendly content to create brand awareness and attract high-quality traffic to lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing social media campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. As this is an onsite role, the candidate must be local or willing to relocate to Limassol. The ideal applicant should demonstrate prior marketing experience, with a proven track record in managing social media channels effectively.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the social media strategy aligned with company goals (brand awareness, client engagement, lead generation, client acquisition, retention).
- Manage and grow the Company's presence across key platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc).
- Independently & collaboratively create high quality and engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, shorts, etc).
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing campaigns with social media promotion and maintain a publishing schedule.
- Plan, launch, monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROAS).
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and strengthen customer relationships through social media channels.
- Support reputation management and handle sensitive feedback in line with compliance requirements.
Key Attributes
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation, ideally in Forex, online trading, or financial services.
- Demonstrable portfolio of work with a track record of growing and managing social communities across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of paid social media advertising, including setting up ad accounts, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong content creation skills with attention to detail and familiarity with compliance in regulated industries.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Scheduling tools, Google Analytics.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
